Contact Wilmington Green Lawn Care
Getting a lawn care quote shouldn’t require three phone calls, a hold queue, and a callback from someone who’s never seen your property. Call or text (910) 812-7788, tell us your address and what you’re looking for, and in most cases we’ll give you a straightforward price the same day.
This page covers exactly how to reach us, what to expect after you do, and answers to the questions people usually have before their first call.

What to Include When You Reach Out
The more specific you are up front, the faster we can give you an accurate number. It helps to include:
- Your address or general neighborhood — pricing varies by property size and how far it is from our regular routes.
- What you’re looking for — a single mow, a one-time cleanup, weekly or bi-weekly maintenance, or a specific problem like weeds or bare patches.
- Current condition of the lawn — if it hasn’t been cut in a while, let us know. A one-time overgrowth cleanup is priced differently than a routine mow.
- Photos, if you have them — especially useful for badly overgrown yards, storm damage, or a specific problem area you want us to look at before quoting.

What Happens After You Contact Us
We Ask a Few Quick Questions
If you call, this happens in real time — a two- or three-minute conversation about your property, what kind of service you’re after, and your general timeline. If you text or use the contact form, we’ll follow up with any questions we need answered before quoting.
We Give You a Price
For most standard residential properties, we can quote a price on the same call, based on lot size and service type. For larger properties, significantly overgrown yards, or anything with unusual terrain or access issues, we may ask for a couple of photos or do a quick drive-by before confirming the price. Either way, the number we give you is the number you pay — we don’t believe in lowballing a quote over the phone and changing it once a crew is standing in your yard.
We Schedule Your First Visit
Same-week service is usually available. Same-day or next-day service can sometimes be arranged depending on the season and our current schedule — ask, and we’ll give you a straight answer rather than a vague “we’ll try.”
Ongoing Service, If You Want It
If you’re happy after the first visit, we can set up a recurring weekly or bi-weekly schedule. If you just needed a one-time mow or cleanup, that’s fine too — there’s no pressure or contract requirement either way.
Sending Photos for a Faster, More Accurate Quote
If your yard is significantly overgrown, storm-damaged, or you’re dealing with a specific issue like bare patches, standing water, or heavy weed pressure, a couple of photos texted or emailed ahead of time lets us give you a far more accurate quote than a description alone. This is especially useful for:
- Properties that haven’t been mowed in several weeks
- Storm or hurricane debris cleanup
- Rental properties being prepared for a new tenant
- Lawns with a specific problem (dead patches, drainage issues, heavy moss or weed coverage)
Do I Need to Be Home for My Scheduled Visit?
No. As long as gates are unlocked, pets are secured, and the areas we’re servicing are accessible, most of our customers aren’t home during their scheduled visit. If you’d prefer to be present for the first visit to walk the property with our crew, just let us know when you schedule and we’ll coordinate a time that works.
Serving Homeowners, Landlords, and Businesses Across the Wilmington Area
We take on residential properties, rental properties for landlords and property managers, HOA common areas, and small commercial lots. If you’re managing multiple properties, mention that when you reach out — we can set up a standing schedule and a single point of contact rather than treating each property as a separate one-off request.
Our Service Area, In Detail
Wilmington — including neighborhoods along Oleander Drive, Carolina Beach Road, and the areas near Mayfaire and College Road. Leland — across the river, growing fast, one of our most active service areas. Hampstead — north of Wilmington along Highway 17. Castle Hayne — northern New Hanover County. Porters Neck — including surrounding residential communities. Rocky Point — outlying properties in northern New Hanover/Pender County. Ogden — a mix of established and newer residential development. Kure Beach, Carolina Beach, and Wrightsville Beach — our beach-community service area, where salt exposure and sandy soil require extra care.
If your address falls just outside these areas, reach out anyway. We sometimes extend service slightly beyond our standard radius depending on scheduling and route density.
